Darwin Starks was an adventurer who resided in the old adventuring outpost of Falconcreach. He was a Xelaque known for his involvement with the criminal underworld. He was eventually slain and devoured by his lover, a Were-Wolf Xelaque named Raven who happened to be the Sherrif of Falconreach.
He was survived by his brother Dedric Saya’rtias Starks (missing) and nephew Velkyn Saya’rtias Neh’lar (deceased).
