**Special Note – These special rules are subject to change as they are played out if they do not work as intended.**
Mystic Magic and Healing
In this darker version of history, mystic magic has been fundamentally changed. Heal You and Cleanse You spells do not exist as they do in the core campaigns. Medicinal healing and consumables are the primary tool to heal wounds. In light of this, the following changes are being made:
Mystic Spellcasting – The Heal You and Cleanse You spells granted by this skill cannot be cast
Healer’s Touch/Necrotic Blade – The Healer’s Touch half of this skill cannot be used (including Font of Life).
Grant Wellbeing/Shadowform – The Grant Wellbeing side of this skill cannot be used (including the Lay on Hands). Grant Welling Potions, Salves and scrolls are created as Panacea Potions, salves and scrolls instead.
Force Mystic – The Force Restore Your Spirit spell cannot be cast, nor can scrolls of Force Restore be created via the Scroll Making skill.
Raise Dead Salve – The target of this Salve is restored to life and only has 1 HP
Bandage – A new consumable item made as a first level Medicine production item. They are user friendly items that someone must actively apply. You can apply them to yourself, and multiple people can apply them to you at the same time. You can only actively apply one bandage at a time though. Moving and taking damage does not interrupt the time, but using skills does.
You get two Bandages for 1 Production Point and 2 Copper pieces (they count as one first level item). They heal +1 HP for each minute they are actively applied.
Diversified Training (Medic) – In addition to what is currently does, you add +1 HP per minute when using a bandage. This does not stack with any other +HP bonuses when using bandages.
Medicine – In addition to what it currently gives gain the following at the level indicated:
Level 1 – Heal an additional +1 HP per minute when applying bandages
Level 2 – Heal an additional +1 HP per minute when applying bandages (total of +2) You may apply bandages to two targets simultaneously. 1/Day you may apply a bandage on a 10 count and the target gains the benefit of a Panacea Salve (this consumes the bandage).
Level 3 – Heal an additional +1 HP per minute when applying bandages (total of +3). 1/Day you may apply a bandage on a 10 count and the target gains the benefit of a Raise Dead Salve (this consumes the Bandage).
Level 4 – Heal an additional +1 HP per minute when applying bandages (total of +4). At all times after spending at least a minute applying a Bandage you may remove the Disease effect from your target.
Level 5 – Heal an additional +1 HP per minute when applying bandages (total of +5). 1/Day you may apply a bandage to a creature in their death count and Stasis them. During this time, you must have at least one hand on the target. If at any time you do not have at least one hand on the target, the stasis ends. If you take damage or use other skills, the stasis ends. **Special – If you are carrying the target any damage of affect the target takes during this time is not transferred to you unless you are trying to use them as a shield**August 6, 2018 at 9:59 pm #76724SteveParticipant@steve
Unlike normal character progression, the characters played in this campaign will receive a set number of skill points to build with. The normal slot progression will not be used, and you will only receive new slots at certain intervals.
Some skills (or some levels of skills) will be locked from purchase. For example, you may purchase levels 1 or 2 of productions skills. Levels 3-5 though are locked and cannot be purchased until further notice.
I will create a separate post that will track what increases I have given. Anyone who joins in will be able to build up to where we are, even if they haven’t been able to PC before.

For this campaign you have a number of choices for choosing what character to play. You can choose to play your PC and mirror your actual skills, or play your PC with an entirely different skill set. You can choose to have your PC manifest in this dream as someone else entirely, or choose to play a denizen of this realm.
If you choose to have your PC manifest as someone different, you can let everyone know (both IG and OOG) or you can keep it secret. Your PC is able to meet up with Q off screen and he will send you on the module from where you are (this way other PCs do not see your PC when they meet up).
If you choose to do this or play a denizen of this dream realm, you must speak with me first. Their are pros and cons to doing this that I want to make sure are clear to you before you make the decision.August 8, 2018 at 4:56 pm #76760SteveParticipant@steve
Production and Items
All items in this campaign will be kept separate from items used in the core campaigns. The primary ways this will be separated will be that we will use Purple colored paper/popsicle sticks and separate player bags.
Scrolls must be printed on purple paper and I will have purple Popsicle sticks available at events. Due to the nature of rune cards, these will be the one exception (as they have been batch printed as business cards).
For this campaign, the only valid signatures on items will be my signature and Gomez’s signature.
