Moderator@steveI am re-posting this since the original post got buried.
Signature Authority, who has it?
PC Production – Any member of staff and Mike McComas.
PC production includes any item you can make at logistics using a production skill or artifice. It DOES NOT include ritual magic.
Who is on staff ? These People
Legacy Item Renewals – Gomez, Mike, Steve
**SPECIAL** – The first time an item is renewed it must go to Steve. After that, Gomez or Mike are able to sign off on it.Manifested Ritual Components – Steve, Gomez, Mike and Josh Ward
Manifested Artifice Components – Steve, Gomez, Mike and Josh Ward
General Magic Items and Personal Ritual item cards – Steve, Gomez, Mike
Who can witness research rolls?
Research Roll Witnessing – Any member of Staff
Who is on staff ? These PeopleWhen you go to roll for research it is the player’s responsibility to provide the following before a roll takes place:
The base percentage of the thing they are rolling on
What modifiers are being applied
Proof of the modifierAny member of staff has the right to ask to see your character sheet or item cards to show what percentage increases you are receiving for that roll and the right to decline to witness the roll if you don’t provide what is asked. So please only ask members of staff to witness your roll if you are ok showing them these things.
If you are using a dice rolling app, the person witnessing the roll must see you press the button to initiate the roll for it to count, and they have the right to perform test rolls before or after your roll to make sure they like the program you are using.
Members of staff are not required to sign off on any item or witness any research roll if they are not comfortable doing so. If this happens, please thank them for letting you know and go to a different member of staff.
Please understand that Mike, Steve and Gomez have made it clear to everyone who has signature authority that they are responsible for what they sign. So if they are not 100% on what they are signing, they should not do so (nor be expected to do so).
Please feel free to reach out to Gomez, Steve, or Mike if you have any questions.

Moderator@steveHi Travis,
Yea, it hasn’t been updated in some time. I think Marley is the one who decides who is on it or not, but am not sure.

Participant@jaercBarrus,
This is further notice. 😉
I’ve let the Web Tem know to update that Page to contemporary listings.
I’ll ask Gomez to clarify who can sign CMA stuff but the list will include: Steve, Gomez, Stephen F. and when no one else is available, myself & could extend to all staff.
and may need to the player wishing for the signature to show an email confirming their purchase.
OOG: Marley Sage Gable, Staff Director & Plot Team Member
PC: Rigel - Asurkian Bard ~ Alchemist Artificer

Moderator@steveFor CMA orders, I would say you (Foerster) can sign everything except ritual components. Manifested components are treated differently because we need to keep a finger on the pulse of how often this happens, and we need to know what ritual components go in and when.
