Moderator@valeronHi Dante, A lot of us just use normal camping tents. You will not be out of place using a normal tent for this event. We do realize that medieval looking tents tend to be really expensive or takes a lot of time to make. We never want to force those type of requirements on players, especially for our weekender events. Granted, if you want to make it look medieval, we will never say no.

Moderator@valeronNotice for everyone: Please bring extra water and sunscreen to the weekender. It is just barely past the Summer Solstice which means that daylight is going to be extra intense and long. We dont want anyone to get heatstroke or bad sunburns. Please prepare accordingly.

Participant@chelseaI will be bringing up 2 water coolers plus a case of water. They are not IG and welcome to everyone.

Participant@jaercOther players / characters are often willing to lend a sword, if you can muster up to ask OOG or IG.
Grant might even hook you up, as he is often awesome in that way.
That said, NPC camp will let you use a boffer of our choice (provided we have one available), the first time is free. If you still need to borrow one on events after the weekender, we charge a nominal fee.
Either way, you’ll end up equipped.

Participant@krowHey all,
Due to an extremely bad case of food poisoning that had kept me bed ridden the last few days. If I am able to show up at all, it’ll be briefly for some role play.
Unfortunately I can not move, stand and carry things for any length of time.
I know this is super late notice and apologize to everyone running plot.

Participant@krowUpdate,
I was actually required to get an emergency iv to replace the fluids my body is losing so quickly.
If I had come up after all, I could have died. So where I am sorry again to the plot team and NPCs who I’m sure made the weekender as awesome as they always are. I am still alive.
I hope the weekender was a blast!

Moderator@valeronTravis,
I am glad to hear that this was caught with the IV in time and you made the right decision. Please reach out if you need anything from us or to keep us updated.

Participant@krowGrant,
I do appreciate that. I believe it is all sorted out now, and I only need to recover from the short time effects now, as well as having a very strange diet the next few days. Lol
