    Hello everyone,

Starting today, anyone who has purchased prepay no longer has to check in when they PC. People who prepay are auto added to the sign in list when it goes to the financier and character update director.

Please note that if you NPC you will still need to check in to make sure the correct NPC rewards are applied to your records.

Please let me know if you have any questions,

    Steve

    Signature Authority, who has it?

PC Production – Any member of staff and Mike McComas.

PC production includes any item you can make at logistics using a production skill or artifice. It DOES NOT include ritual magic.

Who is on staff ? These People

Legacy Item Renewals – Gomez, Mike, Steve
**SPECIAL** – The first time an item is renewed it must go to Steve. After that, Gomez or Mike are able to sign off on it.

Manifested Ritual Components – Steve, Gomez, Mike
**SPECIAL** – Marley can sign off of no one else is present.

Manifested Artifice Components – Steve, Gomez, Mike
**SPECIAL** – Marley can sign off of no one else is present.

General Magic Items and Personal Ritual item cards – Steve, Gomez, Mike
**SPECIAL** – Marley can sign off of no one else is present.

    Who can witness research rolls?

Research Roll Witnessing – Any member of Staff
Who is on staff ? These People

When you go to roll for research it is the player’s responsibility to provide the following before a roll takes place:

The base percentage of the thing they are rolling on
    What modifiers are being applied
    Proof of the modifier

Any member of staff has the right to ask to see your character sheet or item cards to show what percentage increases you are receiving for that roll and the right to decline to witness the roll if you don’t provide what is asked. So please only ask members of staff to witness your roll if you are ok showing them these things.

If you are using a dice rolling app, the person witnessing the roll must see you press the button to initiate the roll for it to count, and they have the right to perform test rolls before or after your roll to make sure they like the program you are using.

Members of staff are not required to sign off on any item or witness any research roll if they are not comfortable doing so. If this happens, please thank them for letting you know and go to a different member of staff.

Please understand that Marley, Steve and Gomez have made it clear to everyone who has signature authority that they are responsible for what they sign. So if they are not 100% on what they are signing, they should not do so (nor be expected to do so).

Please feel free to reach out to Gomez, Steve, Marley or Grant if you have any questions.

    Hi everyone,

When getting items signed off, please keep in mind who has signature authority and what they have the authority to sign.

    Thanks,
    Steve
