    Hello Northwatch,

    Philip of the Runeweavers here. Due to the amazing assistance of the people of your town (Jhunai, Bannor, Zyra, Talos, Valeron) we have made a great deal of progress on the portal and because of the time saved a few of our researchers were able to experiment and make an extremely interesting item. It is a stone tablet that will incline anyone’s name who is written on it to come have a conversation with you. I have attached it to your tavern wall here and enchanted it so only members of your town can carve into it. Feel free to use it at your leisure, but I feel the majority of the magic will manifest on the 24th of this month, so think and carve quickly.

    OOG – As Winterfest celebrations come to close throughout Terath, the magic of the tablet fades away. The stone becomes dull and upon being picked up or moved, it breaks and crumbles to dust.
