This event will not be run without at least 5 dedicated NPCs, not including Anji and myself, signed up and then present on the day of and on time. I will be making an attempt to contact everyone on the NPC list beforehand to ensure their presence.

If the day comes around and this number isn't met, we'll consider our options at that time.
