A Note on Racial Lifespans

Please be aware that there are exceptions to these guidelines. In a fantasy world, certain characters may have been frozen in stone for a decade, been asleep for a century, or with extreme rarity, characters may even simply originate from an ancient, long-lived bloodline.

However, it should be made clear that these are the exceptions, and as a general guideline, no PC Race posses a lifespan longer than human beings in the real world. For role-play purposes, Elves and Fey may age more gracefully than other races do, but they live for the same number of years.

Parthan and Orcs tend to have shortened lifespans, but also can live as long as regular people do.

This clarification is necessary because we play in a game where players of all ages participate, and so all races must age with time.
