(Continued from page 4)

After a little coaxing (and a few of Fenryr's elemental spells), the dwarf came out to speak with the people from Port Valor.  They agreed to let him keep the old house, and he agreed to train them in building unique traps. "He wanted it much more than I did", said Mynx, "so I gave it to him."
When asked how he got the feryl to pretend they were ghosts, Lumas simply replied "Well, if you tell them that they ARE ghosts, soon enough, they start to believe it."
The heroes even left him with a little money to make some necessary repairs on the estate (though it would have sold for less than it would take to fix it).
The two hours had come and gone, and Morley was waiting for the party with the rest of Leotre's fortune when they emerged.

Left: On the road again… Port Valor travles to their next destination.

Advice for the Lovelorn

Dear Ms. Schwartz,
I am in love and have been so for the past few years. Xelaque culture is different then many other cultures and so My Love and I have come to a disagreement. Unbeknownst to me, we were having an affair, you see, the woman I love is a human, and when I found out that she was married, she quickly became a widow.
Her husband died a painless death, but she seems to be upset at me for killing him. How do I get my angry loved one to take me back?

"The Dark Dark Dark Elf"

Dear TDDDE,
First learn evasive maneuvers.   You should have never gone beyond the point where you could deny involvement.  I am certain you have frightened her.  Show her your soft side.  This can be faked by giving gifts, expensive ones are best.
