A lawyer named Morley entered Port Valor on April 6th bearing the Last Will and Testament of the late Leotre the Mighty, an anti-social old man who claimed to know the parthan Mynx from his hometown. Morley asked after the parthan, and then proceeded to read aloud Leotre's Will. Witnesses say that the Will was somewhat comical, as it described how certain individuals would be eligible for his fortune unless they did not meet his requirements. For example: the bar maid would be the inheritor unless she proved to be unfaithful to his love. Since the lawyer found the bar maid in the arms of a man at the time of her arrival, she was no longer qualified. So, as the parthan Mynx was the last suitable heir, she agreed to attempt to meet the other condition, which was to stay for two hours of the night in Leotre's estate. Morley continued to explain that the mansion was allegedly haunted, and that all of the other legitimate heirs ran screaming from the estate in less than an hour, but that
